This Cancellation and Refund Policies are by the terms and conditions stated in the SEND Prepaid Mastercard Cardholder Agreement.
Transactions with the SEND account processed in REAL TIME may not be canceled.
If you are entitled to a refund for any reason for goods or services obtained with your SEND card, you accept credits to your SEND account for such refunds. You are not entitled to a check refund unless your SEND account has been closed. The amounts credited to your SEND account for refunds may not be available for up to five (5) business days from when the refund transaction occurs.
Regarding ACH transactions, under certain circumstances, you may receive a full refund if (i) the ACH transaction could not be delivered for reasons not attributable to errors with the transfer data (wrong account number, wrong contact information, wrong routing number, etc.), or (ii) the ACH transaction could not be completed successfully.
Refunds have the following characteristics:
· Will occur within 24 hours when possible and in no more than seven (7) business days.
· Will be credited using the same channel used to pay for the ACH transaction.
· Will only be paid in US dollars, and amounts will not be adjusted due to changes in the value of the US dollar (for example, if applicable, an exchange rate in international transactions).
When you send money to anyone domestically or internationally[1], we usually use transfer methods that operate in near real-time. You can only cancel a transaction before completion; in that case, the funds will be refunded to your SEND account,but fees may be retained because of the cost of the reversion. After the transaction is completed, we won’t be able to revert the transaction. Suppose The funds cannot be delivered due to errors other than with the transfer data(mobile number, contact information, currency, etc.); in that case, we will refund you within 24 hours when possible and in no more than ten (10) business days.
In some cases, the “Receiver's” accounts limit the amount they can receive or the possibility of receiving money from abroad. Suppose the money you send gets rejected for this reason or related to the “Receiver” payment method issues. In that case, the transaction will expire, and funds will bere turned to your SEND account, but fees may be retained because of the cost of the reversion. The expiration of the transaction will take nine (9) days.
You have a right to dispute errors in your transaction. If you have problems canceling a transaction or there is an error, you must contact Leap Financial Inc. with in 180 days by calling the number on the back of your Card or +1 844-684-6844 or by visiting the SEND app, or by writing to Leap Financial Inc. – 2900 South west 28th Terrace, Suite 202, Coconut Grove, FL33133, USA.

Your funds will be held at or transferred to Metropolitan Commercial Bank, an FDIC-insured institution. Once there, your funds are insured up to $250,000 by the FDIC in the event Metropolitan Commercial Bank fails if specific deposit insurance requirements are met and your card is registered.
